Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a Trainer I for Broadmoor Campus to assess EMR end-user learning needs and develop curriculum. You will implement a credentialed trainer program and ensure classroom trainers have up-to-date system knowledge to deliver training effectively.

Responsibilities include designing training plans, creating test scripts, maintaining training materials, and collaborating with analysts to reflect the latest Epic configurations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Education, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Training, or related field OR 6 years of related experience.
• 1+ year of training experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Epic certification or proficiency in assigned Epic application preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and analyzes end-user learning needs for EMR.
• Develops and maintains curriculum and training tools.
• Implements credentialed trainer program for classroom staff.
• Designs and executes training plans and test scripts.
• Collaborates with analysts to reflect latest system configurations in training materials.
