The University of Kansas Health System Broadmoor Campus is seeking a Trainer I to assess EMR end-user learning needs, develop curriculum, and implement a credentialed trainer program to ensure classroom trainers have the required system knowledge and training delivery skills.

You will configure the EMR training environment for hands-on practice, collaborate with analysts to keep training content up to date, and design ongoing programs for new-hire training and system changes.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or 6 years related experience in training is required.
• 1+ years of training experience is required.
• Certification in one Epic application within 6 months of employment or assignment is expected.

• Participates in EMR application activities they may impact training.
• Designs and implements training plans aligned with project goals and approval processes.
• Develops and maintains adult learning curriculum for healthcare EMR training.
• Collaborates with analysts to ensure training materials reflect latest system configuration.
• Supports 24/7 command center activities as assigned.
