CureMD is seeking an Implementation Associate to deliver end-user training and support implementation projects. The role emphasizes expert proficiency with CureMD’s full product suite and transferring workflow knowledge to end users.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, and a passion for teaching. This full-time, hybrid Raleigh, NC position requires travel up to 30% and collaboration with senior staff.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of EMR/EHR training or implementation experience.
• Experience in ambulatory or specialty medical practice is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex information clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and conduct high quality remote or in-person training sessions with clients.
• Assess training needs and customize agendas and content.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve issues during implementation.
• Update training materials for new product features and workflows.
• Conduct product demonstrations to familiarize customers with features.
• Travel nationally to deliver onsite training and go-live support.
• Coordinate system configurations and customizations with project managers.
• Complete project deliverables and support project managers as needed.
• Identify operational issues and optimize CureMD configuration.
• Document customer feature requests for product development.
