Responsibilities

• Processes scanned images and analyzes electronic medical records for deficiencies.
• Assists providers with the chart completion process.
• Verifies scanned documents for correct form name and patient assignment.
• Performs analysis of medical records and verifies that chart completion requirements are met or assigns deficiencies.
• Demonstrates ability to enter, update and/or remove deficiencies in the EMR Deficiency Detective Module.
• Reviews Final Analysis after health care providers have worked on them and verifies completion.
