employU seeks an Employment Specialist to plan and execute tailored job search strategies for customers with disabilities, aiming for appropriate placement and long-term retention. You will coordinate with partners, coaches, and customers to drive successful outcomes and deliver service that meets high standards.

You will supervise staff, manage outreach campaigns, and assist clients with applications, interviews, and follow-ups while maintaining meticulous records in our systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college preferred.
• Experience with individuals with a disability is a plus.
• CRM and database systems familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Organizes area MOU campaigns and develops new business relationships.
• Supervises, trains Job Coaches and monitors hours.
• Searches for OJT opportunities matching customer interests.
• Assists customers with applications and assessments.
• Helps customers prepare for interviews with resumes and practice.
• Maintains regular contact and documents information in database.
