employU seeks an Employment Specialist to design and execute customized plans helping clients find suitable employment within their communities. You will guide job seekers, coach interview skills, and monitor progress to ensure job retention while maintaining a strong client relationship.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college preferred.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities or related counseling is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) or ASL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized employment plans.
• Assist customers with applications, resumes, and interview prep.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and document progress in the system.
• Coordinate with Job Coaches and supervise staff as needed.
• Drive clients to appointments and interviews as required.
