Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with a disability and/or in public vocational rehabilitation programs is preferred.
• Open availability during days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Organizes MOU campaigns and develops new business relationships.
• Supervises, trains and assists Job Coaches and monitors hours.
• Searches for OJT opportunities matching customer interests and distance from home.
• Assists customers with applications and assessments as needed.
• Helps customers prepare for interviews with resume guidance and interview coaching.
• Maintains regular contact with customers via phone, text, email or in person, weekly contact and monthly in-person meetings.
• Transports customers as needed to assist in applications and interviews.
• Ensures job retention through training, coaching and employer coordination.
