Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college preferred.
• Experience with individuals with a disability is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; CRM and database systems experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement employment strategies for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with Job Coaches and monitor hours; develop employer relationships.
• Assist with applications, resumes, and interview preparation.
• Maintain regular client contact and document progress in the database.
