Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human services, or a related field.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local labor market trends and employment resources.
• Familiarity with disability rights laws and accommodations.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments to identify goals and strengths and help develop employment plans.
• Provide job readiness training including resume writing, interviewing techniques, and etiquette.
• Assist clients in identifying suitable job opportunities and job search strategies.
• Facilitate the job application process and advocate with employers as needed.
• Provide on-the-job coaching to support integration and retention.
• Track progress and report outcomes for program stakeholders.
