RISE Services is seeking an Employment Specialist to provide individualized support to individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment. You will assess needs, develop employment plans, and guide clients through job readiness training, job search, and placement.

This role emphasizes compassionate coaching and ongoing support to ensure workforce integration. Responsibilities include on-the-job coaching, progress tracking, and community outreach to identify opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human services, or a related field.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; coaching mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct client assessments to determine skills, goals, and employment readiness.
• Develop personalized employment plans with clients based on strengths and needs.
• Deliver job readiness training: resume writing, interviewing, and workplace etiquette.
