RISE Services LLC is seeking a compassionate Employment Specialist to guide individuals with disabilities toward competitive employment. You will assess needs, design tailored employment plans, and deliver training in resume writing, interview techniques, and workplace etiquette.

Role involves identifying opportunities, facilitating applications, and providing on-the-job coaching to ensure successful integration and retention in real-world work settings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human services, or related field.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' skills, abilities, and employment goals.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized employment plans based on strengths, interests, and needs.
• Provide training on resume writing, interviewing techniques, and workplace etiquette.
• Conduct mock interviews and role-playing exercises to prepare clients for job interviews.
• Assist clients in identifying suitable job opportunities and job search strategies.
• Facilitate the job application process, submit resumes, and schedule interviews.
• Provide on-the-job support and coaching to ensure successful integration and retention.
• Track client progress and prepare reports on outcomes for stakeholders.
• Build relationships with employers and community organizations to identify opportunities.
