Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Employment Planning and Career Development: Learn participant goals and create person-centered employment plans.
• Job Development and Placement: Identify opportunities and support applications and interviews.
• Job Coaching and Employment Retention: Provide on-site coaching and teach workplace routines and safety.
• Documentation and Service Coordination: Maintain progress notes and track outcomes.
