Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 15 years of age.
• Complete a membership application for the club as part of hiring packet.
• Grades will be monitored to support students' academic potential.
• Knowledge of youth development and ability to motivate and guide youth.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in classroom setting and one-on-one work with students.
• Take direction from Site Director on program development, implementation, and supervision.
• Assist with homework and program activities.
• Enforce guidance and discipline policies and maintain conduct records.
• Identify opportunities for new program offerings and coordinate resources.
• Represent the organization to participants, parents, and the public and promote programs.
