Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and evaluate a Comprehensive School Counseling Program aligned with CPS REACH Framework.
• Conduct annual needs assessments and data reviews to prioritize student needs.
• Design and co-teach classroom guidance and career planning activities.
• Provide individual planning and advisement to support diploma and postsecondary goals.
• Offer responsive services and collaboration with families, staff and external partners.
