Vinfen seeks an ACCS Peer Specialist to promote engagement, hope, and full integration of Persons Served (PS) into the community. You will provide peer support, help PS explore options, and empower them to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities include implementing Peer Support–oriented interventions, sharing experiences, facilitating WRAP plans, linking PS to services, and supporting transitions such as hospital discharge or housing moves.

Qualificações

• Experience with peer support and recovery-based services.
• Ability to build empowering, person-centered relationships.
• Knowledge of WRAP and harm-reduction approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes engagement and empowerment of Persons Served (PS).
• Facilitates peer support groups and connects PS with recovery resources.
• Provides information and training on recovery plans and self-management.
• Supports PS through transitions and life events with compassionate guidance.
• Completes documentation per Certified Peer Specialist standards.
