• Develops and implements plan of care; fabricates assistive devices as needed.
• Completes discharge planning, patient/family teaching, and referrals for community services.
• Documents care and progress; maintains productivity and follows billing policies.
• Maintains safety, infection control, and equipment handling per policy.
• Participates in performance improvement and provides staff with feedback.
• May supervise OT assistants and rehab extenders in accordance with state regulations.
