Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of practice and BLS certification.
• No experience required.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient abilities and determine impact on daily living.
• Develop and implement therapy plans; fabricate devices as needed.
• Plan discharge and provide home programs and education.
• Document patient care per policy and maintain productivity.
• Ensure safety and infection control; operate modalities and equipment.
• Supervise assistants and rehab aides as appropriate.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
• Support travel if required.
