Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state where you practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days unless exempt by department leadership.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient abilities and establish a care plan.
• Provide and/or fabricate assistive devices and splints.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans; coordinate with physicians.
• Complete documentation with appropriate co-signatures and billing records.
• Assist with discharge planning and home program recommendations.
• Maintain department productivity and adhere to policies.
