Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state where you work; BLS for Healthcare Providers may be required.

• Ability to assess growth and development across the life span and apply age-appropriate care.

Responsibilities

• Interpret physician referrals and evaluate patient abilities affecting daily living.
• Establish and implement a plan of care; provide or fabricate assistive devices as needed.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment; communicate with physicians and team.
• Complete documentation per policy; manage caseload and productivity standards.
• Supervise staff or rehab aides where permitted; support training and competency.
