Home Life is seeking a Direct Support Professional for a Fri-Mon evening shift in Corvallis, Oregon. You will assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with daily living activities, promote independence, and support community integration.

Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, following ISP guidelines, and collaborating with staff to ensure safe, dignified care. A sensitive, patient, and respectful approach is essential to align with Home Life values.

Competenze

• Ability to pass an initial criminal history check and annual rechecks.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record.
