Job summary

Home Life in Corvallis, Oregon seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The DSP will support clients to lead active, independent lives within a supportive home setting.

Shifts are Thursday through Monday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. The role requires female staffing and adherence to Home Life values and policies.

Qualifications

• HS Graduate or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live active, productive lives.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow ISP and program policies.
• Document and communicate essential information to staff and supervisors.
• Attend required trainings and participate in team meetings.
