Job summary

Home Life in Corvallis, Oregon, is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a Wed–Sat, 7:00a–5:00p shift. This female staffing requirement supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community living settings.

The DSP will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and collaborate with the program team to ensure high-quality, person-centered support within Home Life’s residential services.

Qualifications

• Pass criminal history check and annual rechecks.
• Citizen or legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record.
• Ability to complete required training and annual updates.
• Ability to maintain attendance and perform duties with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Program Manager and follow Home Life policies.
• Ensure working hours are accurately documented.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard individual information.
• Work as a team with staff to provide quality services.
• Communicate pertinent information to staff and supervisors.
• Attend staff meetings and required trainings.
• Respond to emergencies while keeping people safe.
• Set healthy boundaries and assume additional responsibilities as needed.
