Job summary

Home Life is seeking a Direct Support Professional for Thursday to Saturday, 2:00p-9:00p, in Corvallis, Oregon. The DSP supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live active, independent lives within the community.

You will work under the Program Manager in Residential Services, ensuring safety, documentation, and quality of care while promoting dignity and respect in every interaction.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass initial criminal history check and periodic rechecks.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live active, productive lives.
• Support daily living activities to help maintain or build independence.
• Document and communicate information to staff and supervisors in a timely, professional manner.
• Follow ISP and PBSP plans, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
• Attend required trainings and participate in staff meetings as assigned.
