Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect progress data.

Requirements include active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Strong communication and a passion for helping families are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or eligibility) required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
