Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by supervising BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to ensure skill generalization.

The role requires an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Strong communication and a passion for helping children are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
