Qualifications

• Woodbury requires 2+ years of employment litigation experience and a JD from an accredited law school.
• White Plains requires 4+ years of employment litigation experience, including independent case management.
• Hackensack/Los Angeles/San Francisco require 5+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Orlando and Fort Lauderdale require 3+ years in employment litigation, professional liability, and/or HOA matters; JD and state and federal court experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage employment matters from initial assessment through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and client reports; take and defend depositions.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations, investigations, and trial preparation.
• Handle wage and hour matters; California work may include PAGA and class actions.
• Advise employers on workplace compliance and risk.
