Job summary

Jobot partners with a national law firm to recruit employment litigators across experience levels in the Orlando area. You will represent employers in workplace disputes, own cases, and collaborate closely with seasoned litigators to grow your practice.

Base pay is tied to experience and location, with a stated range of $150,000–$200,000 annually for San Francisco and Florida compensation to be discussed. Office attendance may vary by location.

Qualifications

• Active Florida or California state bar admission.
• San Francisco: 4+ years of litigation experience; labor and employment, professional liability, and/or commercial litigation experience preferred.
• Florida: approximately 3–4+ years of litigation experience in employment, professional liability, and/or HOA matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage defense litigation from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, substantive motions, and briefs.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.
• Develop case strategy, prepare cases for trial, and provide timely client updates.
• Collaborate with partners and attorneys across practice groups.
