Jobot, a leading San Jose-based law firm, seeks an Employment Law Partner for a sophisticated litigation practice with career growth and work-life balance.

Based in Northern California with a strong client base, the role requires a JD, CA Bar admission, 8+ years in employment-law litigation, and portable business. You will defend FEHA, Title VII, wage-and-hour claims, and class or PAGA actions while mentoring associates.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the State Bar of California.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in employment law litigation.
• Assist clients with defense against FEHA, Title VII, and related common law claims.
• Defend class and PAGA action cases.
• Handle trade secret and unfair competition actions.
• Defend wage and hour claims.
• Experience representing clients in court, arbitration, and before administrative agencies, including the EEOC, CRD, and DLSE, is required.
• Should bring at least a partial book of portable business.
