Jobot, a rapidly growing plaintiffs' litigation firm, is expanding its employment and consumer class action practice and seeking an experienced attorney to join its team in Chicago, IL.

The ideal candidate will possess a J.D. from an accredited law school, be licensed to practice in CA, WA, NY, or IL, and have 8+ years of civil litigation experience, with hands-on experience in discovery, depositions, motions, and complex employment-related litigation.

Strong experience managing all phases of litigation, including:

• Written discovery and discovery strategy
• Motion practice
• Court appearances and oral advocacy
• Taking and defending depositions
• Case management and client interaction
• Experience with employment litigation, wage-and-hour claims, class actions, collective actions, PAGA matters, or other complex litigation
