Jobot seeks an Employment Law Partner to lead sophisticated employment litigation for a premier Northern California firm. Based in the San Jose area, you will defend FEHA, Title VII, trade secret, wage-hour claims and grow a portable client base.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the State Bar of California.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in employment law litigation.
• Assist clients with defense against FEHA, Title VII, and related common law claims.
• Defend class and PAGA action cases.
• Handle trade secret and unfair competition actions.
• Defend wage and hour claims.
• Experience representing clients in court, arbitration, and before administrative agencies, including the EEOC, CRD, and DLSE, is required.
• Should bring at least a partial book of portable business.
