A national employment law firm is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Litigation Associate in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate, be admitted to practice in California, and possess a strong record in defense litigation. Salary $200,000 - $265,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Experience handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.
• Qualified candidates should be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions and other briefs, as well as taking and defending depositions.
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials.
• Must be admitted to practice in the state of California.
• Proven track record in defense litigation.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
