Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced attorney to represent clients in labor and employment matters across a nationwide firm, with a hybrid/remote schedule.

The role includes managing a caseload from inception to resolution—drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, arguing motions, and participating in trials or arbitrations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar and in good standing.
• 4+ years of experience in labor and employment litigation, including wage and hour, class action, PAGA, and FEHA.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in various labor and employment matters, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination.
• Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters, from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, arguing motions, and participating in trials and arbitrations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the highest level of client service and satisfaction.
• Participate in business development activities, including networking, client meetings, and presentations.

Salary: $180,000 - $350,000 per year
