Job summary

LumenCeler Group is seeking an experienced Plaintiff-Side Employment Attorney for a fully remote role with the flexibility to work from anywhere, handling a meaningful employment docket and collaborating with a supportive team on strategy and case development.

The attorney will lead California cases involving wage & hour, discrimination, retaliation, and PAGA, leveraging strong litigation, case-management, and writing skills to deliver favorable results.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing in California.
• 2+ years Plaintiff-side employment law experience.
• Strong litigation and case-management skills.
• Experience with wage & hour, discrimination, retaliation, PAGA, or related employment matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
