Law Firms is seeking a California plaintiff-side employment attorney to join a growing practice. This role offers 100% remote work with autonomy and meaningful, value-driven cases.

You will handle matters such as wage and hour class actions, PAGA, wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment, with opportunity for leadership and long-term growth.

Applicants must have at least 2 years of labor and employment litigation experience and an active California Bar license.

• Strong plaintiff-side employment law background.

• Experience independently managing employment cases.

What You'll Handle:

You’ll work on a variety of plaintiff-side Labor & Employment matters, including:

• Class Action Wage & Hour


• PAGA


• Wrongful Termination


• Discrimination


• Harassment


• Other single-plaintiff employment litigation

Class Action Wage & Hour and PAGA experience is highly preferred, but attorneys with strong single-plaintiff employment litigation experience are encouraged to apply.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of Labor & Employment litigation experience


• Strong plaintiff-side employment law background


• Active California Bar license in good standing


• Experience independently managing employment cases


• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case-management skills


• Class Action Wage & Hour and/or PAGA experience is a plus


• Strong employment law experience in areas such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, or retaliation will also be considered


• Strong job tenure and a consistent employment history

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$130,000 – $300,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
