Incendia Partners in California seeks an Associate Employment Litigation Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join its plaintiff-side practice focused on individual employee claims.

You will handle single-plaintiff matters from development through resolution, draft pleadings, conduct depositions, participate in mediations, and work with senior attorneys to shape case strategy in a fully remote California environment.

Competenze

• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• 1–3 years of experience practicing as an attorney.
• Experience in California employment litigation preferred (FEHA, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower).
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and client communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage responsibilities and deadlines in a remote environment.
• Plaintiff-side experience preferred, though defense experience may be considered.

Our client, a growing California plaintiff-side employment law firm, is seeking an Associate Employment Litigation Attorney with 1–3 years of attorney experience to join its single-plaintiff employment practice. The attorney will represent employees in individual employment disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblower claims, and other workplace violations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $120K–$175K, depending on experience
• Performance-based compensation tied to firm recoveries
