Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and timelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments; coordinate interviews.
• Extend and negotiate offers in line with guidelines.
