Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Employee Relations or related people function.
• Strong written and verbal communication; experience creating reports and guidance materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing research and analysis of employee relations and workplace trends.
• Design, execute, and track ER strategies and programs to improve employee experience.
• Coordinate morale initiatives and communicate activities clearly with stakeholders.
• Develop communication tools, presentations, and newsletters to promote consistent messaging.
• Archive and generate reports for management; support ER projects as needed.
