Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 0–10 years of job related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee headcount for hourly, salaried, and temporary positions.
• Create daily / weekly / monthly headcount reports and prepare daily attendance report.
• Prepare and oversee yearly business plans including manpower plans.
• Oversee and track all headcount changes including hiring, attrition, transfers, etc.
• Develop methods to track and report cross-functional HR analytics and metrics.
• Prepare and oversee department capitol and expense budgets.
• Analyze trends and metrics in HR and the industry to develop or improve programs and processes.
• Maintain the accuracy and data integrity of the department reporting systems.
• Project manager for expatriate relocation to Montgomery, Alabama.
• Maintain and update database for expatriate staff including housing, visa, family, and school information.
• Make continuous improvements to the USA guide to help expatriate staff become acclimated and self-sufficient.
• Prepare detailed reports as required.
• Administer, coordinate, and comply with all BMS, EMS, and SMS requirements.
