Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in specialized HR roles.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRIS/HRMS).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations and benefits.
• Implement HR policies and procedures ensuring legal compliance.
• Conduct recruiting activities: job postings, screenings and interviews.
• Support performance management and evaluation processes.
• Assist HR team and other departments to optimize productivity and engagement.
• Adhere to company HR processes and current employment laws.
