Job summary

UKG is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to support a fair and compliant workplace across jurisdictions. You will advise on policy interpretation, employment practices governance, and workforce transformation initiatives across the organization.

The role requires 5+ years in employee relations, strong knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee relations, human resources, employment practices, employment law, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting policy development, policy interpretation, employee relations matters, and employment compliance activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to assess risk and exercise sound judgment.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience.

Responsibilities

• Support development, review, maintenance, and interpretation of global and regional employment-related policies; collaborate with Legal to ensure compliance.
• Monitor changes in employment laws and assess impacts on policies and processes.
• Assist with State and Federal Reporting as needed.
• Support employment practice reviews and audits, identify risks, and assist with compliance audits.
• Assist with COI governance activities, including disclosures and approvals, in collaboration with Legal and stakeholders.
• Assist background check adjudications, review findings, assess risk, and ensure consistent hiring standards.
