Job summary

UKG is seeking an Employee Relations Partner, Transformation & Employment Practices to support a fair, compliant workplace across jurisdictions. You will advise on policy interpretation, employment practices governance, and risk mitigation while partnering with Legal and HRBPs.

In this role, you’ll help lead workforce transformation initiatives, assist with due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, and contribute to policy development and training across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee relations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting policy development, policy interpretation, and compliance activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, maintain, and interpret global and regional employment-related policies and practices; collaborate with Legal and stakeholders for compliance.
• Monitor changes in employment laws and assess impacts on policies and processes.
• Assist with State and Federal Reporting as needed.
• Support employment practice reviews/audits; identify risks and aid in audits (SOX, ISO).
• Support COI governance activities, including disclosures and approvals.
• Assist with background check adjudications with Talent Acquisition and stakeholders.
