SpaceX is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator (Employee Relations) to support a diverse employee population across the lifecycle. You will assist onboarding, HRIS administration, and partner with HR to implement programs. Strong service orientation and attention to detail are required in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain confidential records, respond to inquiries, and help with policies, reporting, and site events. Some travel and relocation may be required for this CA-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ months of administrative experience (internships qualify).
• Experience with HRIS and employee relations is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support employee relations investigations and conflict resolution.
• Maintain HRIS for all life-cycle processes.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on policies.
• Serve as onboarding point for new hire program and assist transitions.
• Ensure accurate electronic files and assist with HR reporting.
• Assist with policy creation, documentation and implementation.
• Support unemployment claims and employment verifications.
• Deliver core HR services and support organizational needs.
• Identify department needs and implement improvements.
• Coordinate site events like benefits fairs and team celebrations.
• Support recruitment activities and maintain confidentiality.
