Qualifications

• 6+ months of administrative experience (internship qualifies).
• 3.5 GPA or higher.
• 1+ year of intern or professional HR experience.
• Basic understanding of labor laws and HR trends.
• Experience with HRIS/HR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations investigations and conflict resolution.
• Maintain HRIS for life-cycle processes.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies.
• Serve as onboarding point of contact for new hires.
• Ensure accurate employee files and assist with HR reporting.
• Assist with policies, programs, and process documentation.
• Respond to unemployment claims and employment verifications.
• Support HR team in delivering core HR services.
• Identify department needs and implement improvements.
• Coordinate site-wide events and recruitment support.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
