Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator (Employee Relations) to support a diverse workforce across the full employee life cycle. You will assist with onboarding, HRIS administration, and partner with the HR team to implement programs while delivering excellent service.

Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and at least 6 months of administrative experience; travel up to 25%, relocation to Cape Canaveral, FL if needed, and ability to pass Air Force background checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ months of administrative experience (internship qualifies).
• GPA 3.5 or higher preferred.
• 1+ years of intern or professional HR experience.
• Experience with HR software (Workday, Greenhouse, UltiPro) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HR team in employee relations investigations and conflict resolution.
• Maintain HRIS for all employee life-cycle processes.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR policy guidance.
• Assist onboarding and new hire transitions.
• Support HR reporting and audits.
