Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator (Employee Relations) to support onboarding, HRIS administration, and policy implementation for a diverse employee population. You will partner with the HR team to maintain accurate employee records and respond to inquiries with professional service in a fast-paced environment.

This on-site role requires relocation to the Vandenberg, CA area, up to 25% travel, and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ months of administrative experience, internship qualifies.
• Experience with HRIS is preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Vandenberg, CA; not remote.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, HRIS administration, and policy implementation.
• Maintain HRIS for employee life-cycle processes.
• Respond to inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies.
• Serve as onboarding point of contact for new hires.
• Assist with HR reporting and audits.
• Support recruitment activities.
• Protect confidential information.
