Qualifikationen

• Respond to inquiries from employees and managers with timely guidance.
• Assist onboarding and new hire transitions throughout SpaceX.
• Help develop, document, and implement HR policies and programs.
• Handle unemployment claims and employment verifications.
• Support recruitment-related activities and confidentiality requirements.
• Coordinate site events such as benefits fairs and team celebrations.
