Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. is seeking a Manager, Employee Relations to lead internal investigations and guide leaders on policy and employment-law practices.

This role partners with the Director and VP of Employee Relations, working within the broader Human Resources team to support workforce matters. The ideal candidate will manage confidential cases, advise managers on discipline and union procedures, and drive timely resolution while upholding equity and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Employee Relations.
• Experience in labor relations and union matters (CBA).
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws (NLRB, Title VII, ADA, FMLA, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into employee complaints, ensuring equity and inclusivity.
• Handle highly confidential information with discretion at all times.
• Manage day-to-day employee and labor relations matters, including union grievance responses.
• Advise and train managers on discipline, policy violations, and grievance procedures.
• Own case management end-to-end with reporting and documentation.
• Collaborate with legal counsel on arbitration and witness preparation, attend hearings as needed.
• Ensure collective bargaining agreements are administered correctly and legal requirements met.
• Respond to employee relations matters with urgency and resolution.
