Job summary

Confidential is seeking an on-site Employee Relations Investigator to conduct investigations in both union and non-union settings, under the supervision of the HR Manager. The role requires applying ER policies consistently, coaching leaders and associates, and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.

Strong communication and confidentiality are essential as you document outcomes and monitor resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Two years of solid expertise in employee relations, including investigations and monitoring resolutions.
• Experience applying ER/LR best practices and staying updated on laws.
• Strong conflict resolution, listening, and counseling abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site investigations in union and non-union environments under supervision.
• Partner with onsite HRM to execute investigations and conclude resolutions.
• Coach associates and management through ER issues with minimal supervision.
• Ensure HR policies are applied consistently and comply with federal/state laws.
• Document conflicts and maintain confidentiality of company data.
