Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of related HR experience.
• Extensive experience conducting workplace investigations, including high‑risk matters.
• Proven ability to lead investigators or HR/ER professionals and work with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a centralized team of Employee Relations Investigators and own investigations end‑to‑end.
• Standardize methodologies, interview techniques, and evidence evaluation practices.
• Collaborate with ER Consultants, HRBPs, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, and senior leadership to manage sensitive matters.
• Drive process improvements in investigations workflow and reporting.
