Behavioral Health Allies is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our HR team. This role leads employee relations initiatives, conducts complex investigations, ensures regulatory compliance, and manages unemployment claims, partnering with leaders to support organizational success.

You will advise managers, apply employment laws consistently, and help create a respectful, compliant workplace while improving HR processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience with emphasis on employee relations and investigations.
• Experience handling high volumes of complex employee relations cases.
• Experience with unemployment claims and representing employers.
• Experience with EEOC compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Healthcare/regulatory environment experience preferred.
• HR certifications preferred (PHR/SHRM).

Responsabilités

• Lead employee relations investigations, ensuring impartiality and thorough documentation.
• Coach managers on performance, discipline, and conflict resolution.
• Serve as main HR resource for employee relations questions and issues.
• Manage unemployment claims process and represent at hearings.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain audit-ready HR documentation and reporting.
• Support engagement initiatives and HR process improvements.
• Monitor metrics and collaborate with leadership on retention strategies.
